These bracelets, as per I know, were very in, the last few seasons and I still see them being worn, mainly by teenagers.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, these photos may help.
I don't know where it all started but I got mine when I was around 6 or 7 years old. They weren't even being sold in the UK at the time, as per I know, but I got mine from India, from a shop next to a church I used to love visiting.

And I wore it 24 hours a day. It wasn't made to perfection, nor was the quality something to cheer about but I seemed to feel happiness through wearing it.
After I moved back to England in 2010, I still wore it when I could. Since rules in school say no jewellery, I once got told off for wearing my Jesus bracelet.
After I stopped wearing mine, I saw more and more people having them. From where and how the trend started, I have no clue, and that still remains a mystery.
Everyday I saw more and more teens wearing them, not because they were Christians or because they believed in God or Jesus, but because it looked cool.

I suppose it annoyed me just a tiny bit that these people had no knowledge and respect of the people's pictures on the bracelet but there was no point letting this get to me.
It got like this: If you own and wear Jesus bracelets, with a snapback maybe or in a laidback style, with jogging bottoms, then you were cool.
Mine, however, will always stay close to my heart.
The trend of wearing one, led to the trend of wearing five or six all on one wrist, and then this led to the trend of wearing them with other bracelets, the sort made out of fabric.
